Located in northeast Ohio, Pine View Farms is owned by Mike and Rochelle Farina. Established in 2000 the Farina's goal was to raise some of the best pleasure horse prospects in the country.
  
Believing the key to any successful breeding program is in the mares, Mike and Rochelle have meticulously hand picked a band of World Class broodmares. The young stallion "Lazy Loper" was purchased in 2003 and has since gone on to be a two time Reserve Congress Champion. His crowning achievement was in 2005 when he was named World Champion in Jr. Western Pleasure. Lazy's first full crop of weanlings arrived in 2006 and the Farina's are thrilled with the quality of the babies. In November of 2005 the opportunity to purchase the incomparable "Invitation Only" presented itself. Believing that only the best will do Mike and Rochelle were successful in the purchase of "Invitation Only" and now await their first crop of Invitation Only foals to arrive in 2007.
